bazi Terms and Conditions

bazi is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the basis of the agreement between bazi and its users.

bazi reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means the user has automatically agreed to the updated terms. It is therefore recommended to review this page regularly.

bazi is not responsible for any transactions or losses arising through third-party sites or services. Users are encouraged to access services only through the official bazi platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on bazi and participate in any form of betting or casino games, the user must be at least 21 years old. bazi may request necessary documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 Single Account Policy

A person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device or IP address, is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in suspension or cancellation of all associated accounts, and any pending bonuses or balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during account registration — name, mobile number, email and financial details — must be accurate and up to date. bazi reserves the right to close an account and withhold any deposited funds if false or incorrect information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

The user is responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. The user is responsible for all activity that takes place under their account. If unauthorised access is suspected, bazi support must be notified immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The minimum deposit on bazi is ৳500. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks). Once a deposit is successful, any applicable bonus will be credited to the balance automatically.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount from bazi is ৳800. It is recommended to use the same method used for the deposit when withdrawing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

3.3 Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, bazi may request a copy of a national identity card or passport for identity verification. This verification process is carried out to ensure the security of all users. bazi reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request for review if it appears suspicious.

3.4 Third-Party Payments

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment account is strictly prohibited. Only payment methods registered in the account holder's own name are accepted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000, and before withdrawing this bonus, bets worth ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be placed.

4.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until they have been used in bets the required number of times. Attempting to withdraw a bonus before meeting the wagering requirements may result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts, false information, or any other improper means will result in permanent closure of the associated account(s), and all bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 Promotion Changes

bazi reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time. For the latest information on ongoing promotions, check the platform's promotions page.

5.1 Validity of Bets

A bet is considered final once the system confirms it. If a bet remains incomplete due to network issues or technical errors, bazi reserves the right to review its validity.

5.2 Incorrect Odds

bazi reserves the right to cancel bets placed on clearly incorrect odds (whether due to human error or technical fault). In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the user's account.

5.3 Abandoned Matches

If an event or match is cancelled or left unfinished, bazi will make a decision in accordance with standard betting rules. In some cases, the stake may be refunded.

5.4 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football and other sports events, the specific rules applicable to each event will be listed on the platform. In multi-bets, losing even one selection means the entire bet is lost.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Depositing money obtained from illegal sources or using the platform for money laundering.
• Using automated software (bots), hacking, or any other technical method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Intentionally providing false identity or information.
• Impersonating bazi staff.
• Disrupting the normal operation of the platform.

bazi reserves the right to immediately cancel an account and notify the relevant authorities if any of the above rules are violated.

bazi does not sell any user's personal data to third parties. However, necessary information may be shared with relevant authorities or service providers for legal obligations, fraud investigation or payment processing purposes.

9.1 Suspension by bazi

bazi may suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases of breach of any clause of these terms, suspicious activity, or for legal reasons.

9.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their own account. To do so, contact bazi support. Users are requested to complete all valid withdrawals before closing the account.

9.3 Funds in Suspended Accounts

Funds in accounts suspended due to fraud or breach of terms may not be returned. In other cases, once verification is complete, a genuine attempt will be made to return valid balances.

bazi is not directly liable for any loss caused by technical issues, internet outages, or failure of third-party payment providers. However, we always work to resolve any technical problems quickly.

Users participate in gaming or betting activities voluntarily and entirely at their own risk. bazi is not responsible for financial losses arising from gaming.

bazi reserves the right to change the scope of its services, game offerings or other features at any time. An attempt will be made to provide advance notice on the platform regarding such changes.

12.2 Language and Interpretation

The English version of these terms is primary, and any interpretive dispute will be resolved according to the English version.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between bazi and the user and supersede any prior oral or written discussions. If any clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.
